Esperar a que hierva.<\/li><li>Mientras, en una sart\u00e9n, marcar el tofu y las setas que reservamos.<\/li><li>Cuando la sopa comience a hervir apartamos un poco de caldo para disolver el miso, la pasta de miso non debe hervir.<\/li><li>Retiramos del fuego, a\u00f1adimos el miso disuelto y los nidos de pasta larga fresca.<\/li><li>Tapamos y dejamos reposar 4 minutos.<\/li><li>En ese tiempo podemos preparar los \u201ctoppins\u201d para decorar.
